Finding your new home

Use this link here to find the rental property that matches your location and price range requirements. Our website uses detailed images and descriptions to help you make a decision. You can view properties during the open for inspection times listed, or contact the individual property manager to make a time that suits you. Please note that as all properties are usually tenanted, prior notice of an inspection requires at least 24 hours.

Ready to apply

If you have found the property you would like to apply for, please fill out a Tenancy Application Form and return to us via email, in person or fax. 100 points of identification is also required. We will acknowledge your application within 24 hours and advise you as soon as the landlord has made a decision.

If you are successful with your application, these are the next steps:

  1. Sign a lease agreement
  2. Provide payment (Bank Cheque or Money Order) for:
    1. Security Bond – payable to The Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA)
    2. First month’s rental (your property manager will advise amount)
  3. We will provide you with a tenancy pack which includes:
    1. Keys to the rental property.
    2. Information about your rights and responsibilities as a tenant (as stipulated by Consumer Affairs) which can also be viewed here.
    3. A property Condition Report (which you need to review, sign and return a copy to the office).
    4. Emergency maintenance and after hours numbers.
